How do i change my sleeping postion?

every morning i wake up woith nim arms with marks all over them. like seriously every morning now somemorings not so much but lately they have been num. so i know that im sleeping on them and i try to lay differnt . anyone out there have any advice on how tow change a sleeping positions cause the way im sleeping is a habbit.

Spellings, what do you think?

why do you think when we read a lot of questions and answers, that it appears that people cant spell, do you think it is because of the keyboard, just a thought, i can spell anything, but when i look at what ive wrote sometimes i look illiterate, do our fingers slip... i dunno,, especially certain age groups, or have i got dementia, and my spellings just look ok.anyway as i was saying, do ui yhink my spelling is realy bad or do i nned to go to bed
