Dizziness When Coughing and Headaches?

Today i started getting really dizzy when i was coughing. My cough is just mild like lasting 2 seconds. but i get soooo dizzy. for like 10 seconds. I also now have a head ache. I dont smoke drink or do any drugs. I am nursing my son who just got over RSV(bronchitis) and i just need to know if i should go to the hospital or something
