Please help... depression problems... girlfriend may hate me...?

Ok... i told my friend that this girl was "pretty hot"... she happened to be my girlfriends ex-friend... my girlfriend read this conversation on skype and she hasnt talked to me since... i feel like ****... because only **** can make someone as kind and loving as her feel like that... but after she left and didnt talk to me i got some pills and started popin them.. and to make it worse i drank bear with them.. im only 14.... i now have a headache and stomach ache and.... i feel depressed.... what should i say to her.. this is my chance... she just got on skype... please i love her with all my heart and dont ever want her to break up with me... if she does... R.I.P. me....
