Has anyone else had this? (GRAPHIC)?

Saturday I decided to go out to dinner, a movie, and a sleepover with a couple of my friends. We went out to dinner and ordered what we order every time we go there. When we got to the movie theater we skipped snacks and jest went right to sit down. After about 5 minutes, the movie started. I was sitting next to my friends Amy and Diane. We were all watching the movie, you know sharing snippets of conversation here and there, when Jessie tells Amy she is feeling a little sick to her stomach and she's going to go to the bathroom. Suddenly there's a huge gurgle then Jessie pes gas extremely loudly, and sprints out of the room. Some people looked at us really weirdly, others, sympathetically. So I walked outside to see what happened. I got to the bathroom and Jessie was throwing up into the sink and having diarrhea on the floor at the same time. Luckily, no one else was there, so I got her in the stall and we sat there for like 20 more minutes until Diane and Amy came out and the diarrhea had stopped and we left with Jessie puking into an empty popcorn bucket. When we got to the car she stopped throwing up and repeatedly said sorry. We ured her that it was fine. Diane drove and Amy sat in the penger seat while I was next to Jessie in the back. She was laying down on two seats. She was sweating really badly and she looked green. She said her stomach was flip flopping, and she was burping and farting grossly. About 5 minutes into the 30 minute ride from the movie theater to Jessie's house she sat up, her knuckles were white as she gripped the popcorn bucket. "PULL OVER!!!" she screeched, letting go of the popcorn bucket and holding it in between her legs. One of her hands was covering her mouth and the other arm was clasped tightly around her stomach. She gagged and threw up in her hand, but it squirted out into the already full popcorn bucket. Diane pulled over at a gas station and she finished "her business" (more diarrhea) and threw up a bit more. When we got her into the car she was better as far as stomach sickness, but she was still sweating and shaking. We got her to her house and her parents took care of it, but what could this be?? (she was totally fine before and after this, and it could not have been food poisoning because we all ordered the same thing)
