How should I take care of my hair and skin while they're being exposed to salt water and chlorine?

I don't know if you can get these products in the US- I guess thats where you are?, but I swear by Aussie Mouse hair protection stuff. The shampoo, conditioner and serum. They work wonders all year round on my hair -I go swimming a lot- and are quite cheap and smell wonderful! They also do a spray on leave on conditioner which would be good to spray on your hair after you get out of the water. As for you face, I would invest in a facial wash suitable for oily skin, because the sunblock will clog up your poors, causing the breakouts. I use a really good tea tree oil soap and products from the body shop but I'm not sure again if you can get these in the US?
