If you create an account on a website using a different IP, will that IP be stored instead of mine?

Your gateway address is static and most the time LAN computers are igned automatic, based on settings and according to login of users on the network. One the you can never change is the MAC address that along with whatever gateway, and subnet IP goes with every packet set by each device.
