What should i do to get my rights as an under age?

Okk well im 17 years old i live by myslef becuz my parents recently moved back to where i was born, colombi they brought me to the US when i was 2 years my parents they left becuase they did not like immigrant rights in the in this country and so i was wondering if i could do anything to be legalized in this country like getting a social secuirity number, driver's license and work permit... I think i deserve to have the same rights as a legal US citizen i wasnt born here bit i ddnt ask to be brought here i was raised here i consider myself an american and i love this country enough to choose to live here bymyself at 16 years old just so that i could get what my parents could never get.. I lived here all my life and never went back to colombia since i came here so why shouldnt i have rights in this country?? ... If you have an answer for me i would appreciate it thank you
