What was wrong with this baby?

I was at work the other day when a woman with a baby (probably about 1 year old) came in. I am not trying to be mean at all, but this was the ugliest baby I've ever seen. I'm not sure if it was a boy or a girl, and I would really be interested in knowing what disorder the baby had. Here is the best description I can give. It was blonde but had black eyebrows and eyelashes so long and weird looking they could have belonged to an 80 year old man. This was not normal and didn't look hereditary because the mom looked normal. Her other child, definitely a girl around 6, looked completely normal as well. The baby acted very sweet, but I haven't been able to find out what could have been wrong. If you know or could give me a good link I would be very appreciative. Thanks so much!
